Extracurricular programs are a great way to get exercise, challenge yourself, and spend time with friends. HCCA extracurricular activities include:

Arts & Theater

We expose our students to various mediums and forms of art. We combine instruction with artistic exploration. Art projects include:

Gardening & Food Education

We integrate gardening and food education into the curriculum. The children will grow food and learn about growing their own food, and healthful eating and behavior.

  • Co-Founder Julie O’Shea has a master’s degree in Nutrition Education from Teachers College, Columbia University.

  • Co-Founder Natalie Gresh is a certified Health Coach from the world renowned Institute for Integrative Nutrition.

  • Between them, they are trained in over 100 dietary theories, practical lifestyle management techniques, and innovative coaching methods with some of the world’s top health and wellness experts.
