The application process
Click the links below to apply for admission and pay the application fee. The application fee is $150 per student and must be submitted with the application.
Given our size and unique learning model, we are currently unable to admit students with cognitive disabilities or neurodevelopmental disorders (including children on the autism spectrum, with dyslexia or dyscalculia, or with sensory processing disorders), or disabilities that inhibit a child's ability to meaningfully engage in independent study (including students with ADD and ADHD).
All applicants must also submit prior to interviewing and assessments:
(1) School transcripts - School transcripts must include: (a) all reports from the prior full school year, (b) all reports from the current partial school year (if applicable), and (b) all IEPs, 504s, and psychological evaluations (if applicable). All school transcripts must come directly from the school.
(2) Current teacher evaluation - We will send you the evaluation form upon receipt of your application.
All of the above must be submitted by the school and teacher(s) directly to info@holycitychristian.org.
After we review your application, we will set up an interview with you and your child/children. If accepted to Holy City Christian Academy, there is a $500 nonrefundable enrollment fee (per child) to secure your child’s spot. For children entering Kindergarten, the nonrefundable enrollment fee is $1,000.
Notice of Nondiscrimination Policy As To Students: The school does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national and ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admission policies, scholarship, athletic, and other school administered programs. (Revenue Procedure 75-50)
